Plumbmaster Melbourne approached us in June 2018 due to our experience with job management software tool SimPRO and of course Xero.

Plumbmaster specialise in maintenance plumbing services for numerous property management businesses across the Melbourne metro area. They were using both SimPRO and Xero but not getting the most out of the two systems. The management of the flow of data between the two systems wasn’t being managed correctly resulting in inconsistencies in their financial information.

We’ve spent the last few months working with the client as well as their account to fix a number of long standing issues in their Xero file so that going forwards we can rely on the financial information in the file. Some additional software tools like Receipt Bank and Deputy have helped improve the process of employee reimbursements and payroll.
